Baked Crabmea

Baked Crabmea - serves 6

Vegetable oil spray
1 tbsp acceptable margarine
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
1 pound crabmeat, all cartilage removed
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
4 large egg whites, stiffly beaten
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x9 -inch ovenproof casserole dish with vegetable oil spray.
In a small pan over medium-high heat, melt margarine.Add onions and saute 2 to 3 minutes, or until soft. In a medium bowl, combine onion, crabmeat, mustard and Worcestershire sauce
Gently fold in beaten egg whites. Pour mixture into casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 25 minutes, or until puffed and lightly browned. Remove from oven and cut into squares. Serve immediately.
