Broiled Fish Steaks - serves 6
6 fish steacks, approximately 1/2 inch thick, about 5 ounces each
2 tbsp reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1 tbsp Lemon herb seasoning
Paprika to taste
Garnish:
1 lemon, sliced thin
6 sprigs fresh parsley
Preheat broiler. Rinse fish and pat dry. Lightly coat both sides of each fish piece with mayonnase.
Place in a shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with half of the lemon herb seasoning and paprika. Broil 3 to 4 minutes.
Turn fish and sprinkle with remaining seasonings. Broil for another 3 to 4 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a fork or is no longer traslucent.
Garnish with lemon slices and a sprig of fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
