Strawberry Banana Shake - servings 9
20 oz frozen strawberries, slightly thawed
4 med bananas, sliced
2 cup fat-free half and half
4 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
In a food processor, combine strawberries, half and half, and bananas. Cover and process until well blended. Add ice cream at a cup at a time. Cover and process until smooth and well blended.
