Ham Balls with Sauce - 30 ham balls
Preparation time: 20 minutes - cooking time: 40 minutes.
1 1/4 lbs ground ham
1 lb ground pork
1/2 lb ground beef
2 eggs
1 cup milk
1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers
Sauce:
1 can tomato soup
2 tbsp vinegar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp dry mustard
Combine the first 6 ingredients and mix well. Make into balls.
Place in a 9x13 baking dish. Combine the sauce ingredients in a saucepan. Cook over low heat until sugar is dissolved.
Pour over ham balls. Bake 40 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees until done.
