Swiss Beef Steak

3 pounds round steak
3 stalks celery, peeled, chopped fine
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup catsup
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 large onion, diced

Brown steak in butter. Add celery, catsup, parsley, and onion. Cover and simmer 2 to 2½ hours, ½ cup water may be needed if mixture thickens too much.
