Spicy Beef with Brown Rice

Spicy Beef with Brown Rice - serves 4

1 lb lean beef bottom round
Steak, trimmed of fat and cut in 1-1/2-inch pieces
1 onion, chopped
1 bud garlic, finely chopped
1 tbsp Jalapeno pepper, chopped fine
1 tbsp prepared mustard
1 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp coconut flavoring
1 tsp ground coriander
1/2 tsp ground ginger
1/4 tsp ground cumin
Brown rice

Combine ingredients in an electric crockery cooker and stir gently to coat meat evenly. Cover and cook at low setting according to manufacturer's directions, until meat is very. Serve with brown rice and steamed vegetables if desired.
