Preparation - 30 minutes
1/2 pound pork tenderloin
1/2 tsp cracked pepper
1 tsp vegetable oil
1/4 cup sliced onion
2 tsp all-purpose flour

Reduce heat to medium-low and cook, stirring, until mixture thickens, 10 minutes.
