Lite Sea Breeze - serves 2
2 cups low-calorie cranberry juice
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons vodka or gin
12 ice cubes
Garnish
1 lemon slice, cut in half
2 mint sprigs
In 3-cup pitcher or small mixing bowl combine juice and vodka.
Into each of two 12-ounce glasses place half of the ice cubes; add half of the juice mixture to each glass.
Garnish each portion with 1/2 lemon slice and a mint sprig.
