Melon Balls with Turkey and Ham - serves 15
1 medium honeydew melon, cut in half and seeded
1 medium cantaloupe melon, cut in half and seeded
4 ounces thinly sliced lean ham, visible fat removed
4 ounces thinly sliced turkey
Dipping Sauce
1/4 cup spicy brown mustard
2 tbsp honey
12 fresh mint leaves, chopped
Using the large side of a melon-baller, make balls from the melons; set aside.
Cut the ham and turkey into 4x1-inch strips.Wrap each melon ball in either a strip of ham or turkey and skewer with a toothpick.
In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients. Serve with wrapped melon balls.
