Fried Beer Bites

The ravioli-like pockets of pretzel dough containing beer were devised by chef Mark Zable who spent three years perfecting them.

The fried beer recipe - which is strictly for those aged over 21 - has been named "Most creative" at the Big Tex Choice Awards for fried foods.
