Hot Chocolate and Cream - serves 4
Preparation - 5 minutes, Cooking time - 5 minutes
3 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
4 cardamom pods, cracked
1 1/2 cups milk chocolate
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp finely grated semisweet chocolate, to decorate
Place the milk in a large pan with the cinnamon and heat gently. Break the chocolate into the pan and gently bring to a boil,
stirring occasionally, until melted.
Scoop out the cardamom pods and discard. Pour the hot chocolate into four mugs and top each with a spoonful of extra thick cream;
Sprinkle over some grated chocolate and serve.
