Liptauer Cheese - serves 2 cups

8 ounces cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp sour cream
4 tbsp butter, softened
2 tsp drained capers
2 tsp minced anchovies
2 shallots or scallions, minced
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp caraway seed
Salt to taste

Blend all the ingredients in a food processor, blender, or bowl.
Press into a small bowl and chill.
